Please follow the arrival and access instructions sent before check-in. • Keep door codes and access information confidential. • Only registered guests included in the booking may stay overnight, and the stated maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. • Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests and avoid unnecessary noise, especially in hallways and shared areas. • Use shared facilities considerately and leave them tidy after use. • Children must be supervised by an adult. • Report damage, defects or safety concerns promptly. • Follow the check-out instructions and leave all keys or access devices as directed.
