Terms & Conditions for Direct Bookings 1. Contracting party The contracting party is Brillant Sonnergie GmbH, Kasterstr. 9, 52428 Jülich, Germany. 2. Booking A direct booking becomes binding when the guest receives a booking confirmation. The accommodation, dates, number of guests and services stated in the confirmation define the booking. 3. Prices and payment The total price and the payment terms displayed during checkout and repeated in the booking confirmation apply. 4. Cancellation and no-show The rate-specific cancellation and no-show conditions displayed before the booking is completed and repeated in the booking confirmation apply. This page does not change those conditions. 5. Occupancy and use Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy shown for the selected accommodation must not be exceeded. Guests must follow the house rules and the arrival, access and check-out instructions. 6. Self check-in The accommodation operates with self check-in and no reception on site. The guest is responsible for providing correct contact details so that access information can be delivered. 7. Statutory rights Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights where applicable, remain unaffected. German law applies to the extent permitted by law.
